Love the look of this game! if you are going to stick with the ps1/8bit style you have going I would recommend using some dithering for the textures. Can’t wait for this!

I am the second to comment, and this is a good game.

I didn't have the best experience with it but once it's polished, i see it succeeding in being a fun, scary game that does its job as a backrooms game

A survival horror game about what it's like living in the Backrooms, with the added wackiness of user-created levels and entities!

You will have an editor (haven't decided on whether to make it built-in or my own custom UE5 editor build) for creating your very own levels for other wanderers to explore and survive in! It can be anything from a horrifying infinite forest to a mall filled to the brim with Amogus. Really the only limit is your imagination! (and the game's framework lol)

Bro just LOOK AT THIS LOAD TIME

Well, the conversion to UE5 was a success! This is great for two reasons:

1. I get all the latest and greatest features (such as the procedural walking system)

2. It has a wave function collapse plugin built in, so I don’t have to make the system myself!

Implemented fully procedural walking animations for the Aranea Membri (looks a little wonky in certain spots, but they won't be running nearly as fast as I'm dragging it here so it'll look fine in-game)

Remade the room generation again
It's now much more simplified (meaning less calculations to make), and you can even set the generation speed so lower end computers won't burst into flames just because there's a hard-coded generation speed lol
